The short version
Your avatar is built in your browser and never reaches our server. We do not ask for an account, we do not ask for your name, and we do not process any photograph.
What does collect data is the advertising and the traffic measurement, and that is described below.
Who is responsible
Color Vivo Internet, S.L., Spain. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we do not do
No avatar you build is uploaded, stored or seen by us. The drawing is assembled by your own browser and saved straight to your device. There is nothing on our side to delete afterwards, because nothing arrived.
We do not use photographs. You combine drawn pieces; no real face is processed.
What is stored on your device
Your browser remembers the light or dark theme you chose and whether you dismissed the newsletter box. That never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser settings.
When you copy a link, the whole avatar travels inside the address. Nothing is saved on our end.
Advertising
The site is paid for by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and identifiers to show and measure ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, consent is asked through Google Funding Choices, certified under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Ads do not load until you answer, and you can change your choice at any time from the same dialog.
Traffic measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit and which pages they use. It is aggregate data: we cannot identify anyone from it.
Newsletter
Only if you type your address. It goes to Mailchimp, which sends you a confirmation email; without confirming, you receive nothing. Every message has an unsubscribe link and you can also write to us.
Gravatar
The Gravatar button generates the image, downloads it and opens Gravatar's own page. If you connect your account, the authorisation happens between you and Automattic: the token stays in your browser tab and never passes through our server. We never see your password.
Fonts
The typefaces come from Google Fonts, which receives the request from your browser.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, and complain to the Spanish data protection authority. In practice we hold nothing about you unless you subscribed to the newsletter.
